LIMITATION OF DAMAGES: In no event shall Anuda IT Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question during the 12 months preceding the claim.

User Content and Responsibility

If you submit, upload, or provide content to our services ("User Content"), you:

• Retain all ownership rights to your User Content
• Grant us a license to use, store, and transmit your content for service delivery
• Warrant that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Are responsible for maintaining backups of your data
• Agree that we may delete inactive accounts and associated data
